Wallace advises Interactive Workshops on its sale to Cegos

The Wallace corporate team has successfully advised the founders on the sale of Interactive Workshops Limited to Cegos.

Founded by Jonna Sercombe in 2006, Interactive Workshops designs and delivers learning solutions in the areas of leadership development, sales, teambuilding and personal development from their offices in London and New York.

Cegos is an international leader in Learning and Development and reference training partner for organisations all over the world.

This acquisition consolidates the positioning and activities of Cegos in the United Kingdom. Cegos UK and Interactive Workshops will merge and Jonna Sercombe, CEO of Interactive Workshops, will lead the new combined UK group businesses.

All teams’ expertise will be combined to allow better support for customers and develop additional local and international clients in the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States and around the world.

The corporate advice from Wallace was provided by John Woodhouse, Sabrina Mitchell and Alice Curtis with support from the firm’s commercial, IP and employment teams throughout the transaction process.

VWV advised Cegos on the local components of the transaction and Stinson advised on US elements.

“Thanks to the whole team at Wallace for supporting us with the deal. Your firm will be top of the list for recommendations”
— Jonna Sercombe, CEO of Interactive Workshops
